Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Nexthink’s next-generation AI-powered IT support solution. This role will drive transformative AI initiatives, building products that enable proactive diagnostics, autonomous resolution, and intelligent assistance beyond traditional ticketing systems.
What You'll Do
- Define and deliver an AI product that revolutionizes how IT teams support employees.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to uncover employees’ needs and pain points.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, reliable, and employee-centric AI capabilities.
- Set, track, and optimize success metrics such as first-call resolution, time-to-resolution, and employee satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of AI and IT operations trends to keep Nexthink best-in-class.
