Optum Tech, part of UnitedHealth Group, is looking for a Product Management Analyst to drive product backlog strategy and execution. You'll work directly with stakeholders and engineering teams within a mission-driven organization committed to improving health outcomes and delivering equitable care.
What You'll Do
- Drive the product backlog for the scrum team at both strategic and operational levels.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure a healthy and well-defined product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to manage requirements effectively.
- Work with extended stakeholders including Design, Analytics, Leadership, Call Center, Operations, and other scrum teams to manage the product backlog.
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies to ensure synchronization of process and work understanding.
- Participate in strategic product management initiatives.
- Participate and contribute in organization-level initiatives such as innovation and idea generation.
What We're Looking For
- Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Computer Science graduate or equivalent experience.
- Agile/Scrum certification.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in the US healthcare system.
- Experience with the Agile/Scrum process in IT services.
- Understanding or experience in engineering practices.
- Background as an IT Product Owner.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare domains.
