In this role, you will bridge technical expertise and market demand, guiding products from concept through launch while supporting long-term category growth in Vietnam’s evolving aquaculture landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, technical nutrition, commercial, and marketing teams to identify product opportunities and define strategic roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end product development, ensuring alignment with business goals, cost models, and sustainability objectives
- Define product specifications through close coordination with research, farm operations, and technical support teams
- Use customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends to refine offerings and improve market fit
- Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and equip sales teams with technical materials and value messaging
- Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to prioritize product development and innovation pipelines
- Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle to maintain relevance and performance
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should be based in Vietnam and bring at least three years of experience in B2B or B2C product strategy within a technical environment. You must demonstrate success in delivering new or enhanced products and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
Strong communication skills are essential—you should be equally comfortable discussing technical specifications with scientists and presenting value propositions to commercial stakeholders. Experience working in global, matrixed organizations is a plus.
Preference will be given to candidates with background in aquaculture or related industries, project management certification, or deep knowledge of global aquaculture markets, including customer needs, product types, and regulatory frameworks.

Work Environment
