As Senior Producer, you'll guide diverse teams in delivering polished, engaging experiences across global platforms, working closely with major industry partners to bring games to millions of players.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and align cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game releases on schedule and within scope.
- Run agile ceremonies including standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and priorities to ensure smooth execution from start to launch and beyond.
- Anticipate roadblocks and implement effective solutions before they impact delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external collaborators, ensuring alignment at every stage.
- Document plans, progress, and key decisions to support accountability and continuity.
- Contribute directly to the strategic direction of upcoming projects and studio growth.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of production or project management experience in casual, free-to-play, or mobile game development, with a focus on HTML5 preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams of up to 25 members across art, engineering, and design disciplines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing shipped casual games you’ve played a central role in delivering.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience applying them effectively.
- Proficiency with Jira and other modern project management tools to track progress and manage workflows.
- Ability to interpret data and key performance indicators to guide production decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
- Background in game or product design, with an understanding of how gameplay mechanics influence key performance metrics.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model — 50% from our Amsterdam headquarters, 50% remote — with full remote flexibility available for qualified candidates outside the Netherlands.
