What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and execute a strategic roadmap for AI and data science integration.

- Engage directly with customers and domain experts to uncover pain points and validate solutions grounded in actual construction processes.
- Transform complex technical and market requirements into clear, actionable specifications aligned with product goals.

Requirements
- Relevant academic or applied degree with professional experience in construction or engineering environments.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying AI or machine learning solutions, with demonstrable examples.
- Ability to interpret technical capabilities and translate them into functional product requirements.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
