As a Product Manager for the Content Platform, you'll drive the architecture and performance of systems that power content delivery across digital experiences. Your work will ensure seamless creation, localization, and deployment of content at scale, directly impacting how users engage with product features in therapy, education, and interactive tools.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate current content models, metadata structures, and delivery pipelines to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement
- Partner closely with engineering teams in Bengaluru and stakeholders in the US to align on priorities and execution
- Deliver enhancements to localization processes within the first three months to accelerate content rollout
- Lead the design and implementation of API integrations and automation tools that simplify workflows for editorial and publishing teams
- Define and refine content schemas that support new capabilities across web and app platforms within six months
- Own the performance and scalability of content delivery infrastructure within the first year
- Establish measurable KPIs for platform adoption, reliability, and content quality
- Build shared tooling that empowers product teams to launch targeted, dynamic content with greater speed and consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of product management experience focused on platform or infrastructure solutions, at a level equivalent to P2
- Proven experience working with APIs, cloud-based content management platforms, and technical development teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners and coordinate across distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consumer-facing web or mobile applications with high-scale content demands
- Experience in content lifecycle systems, video delivery, or digital asset management
- Exposure to AI-driven voice generation or adaptive content technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional partners
Technology Environment
You'll work with platforms including Contentful, Eleven Labs, and Smartling, leveraging APIs and cloud-native content management systems to build resilient, reusable solutions.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, requiring in-office presence three days per week. Due to collaboration with teams in San Francisco, candidates must be available for meetings during late evening hours in India Standard Time.
