Join Scaleway as a Product Manager for NoSQL Databases, where you will define the product strategy, drive execution, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality managed NoSQL database services within a growing cloud and AI ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to shape the future of sovereign data architectures in Europe.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for NoSQL Databases.
- Work closely with all your squad members to prioritize backlog based on user needs and business impact, and drive the development and launch of features.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of product milestones.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the NoSQL and managed database landscape.
- Analyze product performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Product Management
- Good knowledge on Data architectures and strong understanding of NoSQL databases and managed cloud services.
- Good overall knowledge of the Cloud market
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear user stories and product specifications.
- Experience with data analysis and product performance tracking.
- Experience as a user in deploying and operating resources on the Cloud.
- Fluent in both English and French.
