What You'll Do
Own and advance a high-impact loyalty programme embedded within a leading banking institution in Auckland. You'll lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring operations run smoothly and performance aligns with established KPIs and business outcomes.
Develop and maintain a clear strategic roadmap, aligning internal and external stakeholders on priorities, initiative sequencing, and optimisation opportunities. Use customer behaviour data to identify key segments and refine programme mechanics, offers, and customer journeys to increase engagement and return on investment.
Lead regular governance discussions, including steering and risk review meetings, to ensure transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making. Maintain consistent operational processes for backlog management, issue resolution, change control, and compliance.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and launch campaigns that support programme goals. Contribute to growing the merchant network by identifying potential partners, supporting sales materials, and assisting in negotiation processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex customer loyalty or rewards programmes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and drive actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Skill in building roadmaps, managing backlogs, and overseeing end-to-end product delivery
- Ability to operate effectively in a regulated financial services environment
- Experience with governance frameworks and operational risk principles
Work Mode
This role is based in Auckland CBD with a hybrid arrangement requiring a minimum of three days per week in office. You will be embedded on-site with the client team, ensuring close collaboration and alignment.
