You will lead discovery engagements across the full problem-finding and validation cycle to build a shared product vision and roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery engagements across the full problem-finding and validation cycle: problem framing, customer discovery, concepting, evaluation, prototyping and validation.
- Build a shared product vision and roadmap and guide the team in translating strategic direction into delivery.
- Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to identify and test assumptions across the four primary product risk areas: desirability, feasibility, usability and viability.
- Collaborate closely with Design Researchers and Product Engineers to design and run rapid experiments, synthesize findings and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct comparative analysis and maturity assessments to diagnose the current state and define strategic opportunities.
- Apply business modelling and business process analysis to understand client context, identify inefficiencies and shape future state recommendations.
- Define and articulate business value clearly, connecting strategic insights to measurable outcomes and stakeholder priorities.
- Manage scope and value proposition definition throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring alignment between discovery findings and business objectives.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business worlds while developing a deep understanding of their strategy, structure and business model.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define key metrics of success, including governance, compliance and risk considerations in regulated environments.
- Track industry trends and the competitive landscape to continuously inform product strategy and target market segments.
- Synthesize research, data and business insights into clear strategic recommendations that drive alignment and decision-making at all levels.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience leading discovery engagements, including problem framing, customer research, experiment design and hypothesis validation across desirability, feasibility, usability and viability.
- Ability to shape a product vision and strategy and translate it into a roadmap with clear business and customer value based measures of success.
- Experience with business modelling, process analysis and comparative analysis, and can conduct maturity assessments to inform strategic decisions.
- Comfortable working with agile practices and use customer data to understand user needs, product performance and customer value.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments and can navigate governance and risk constraints without losing strategic momentum.
- Passion and perseverance for creating best in class products that deliver outstanding customer and business value.
- Fluent in Spanish and have at least upper intermediate English.
- Thrive in ambiguous, client-facing environments, you can move initiatives forward, make smart assumptions and drive progress without a clear brief.
- Enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, particularly Design Researchers and Product Engineers, to align around hypotheses and drive discovery to outcome.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and can break down complex, unstructured problems into clear strategic directions.
- Effective communicator and facilitator who can translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, impactful messaging for diverse stakeholder audiences.
