What You'll Do
Act as the operational leader for up to 30 small law firm clients, serving in a fractional COO capacity. You'll meet with each client multiple times per month, conducting in-depth reviews of financial performance, operational workflows, and team dynamics. Your role is to uncover inefficiencies, challenge assumptions, and guide owners toward decisions grounded in facts rather than emotion.
You’ll translate financial insights into practical action plans, build systems that enforce accountability, and ensure clients follow through on commitments. Preparation is key—spend time independently reviewing client data before each meeting to deliver targeted, high-impact guidance. Collaborate with fellow advisors to refine strategies and maintain alignment across the team.
Through consistent engagement, help business owners gain clarity, confront difficult truths, and build the courage to execute necessary changes. Your influence will extend beyond analysis—you’ll be responsible for driving real-world results.
