What You'll Do
Drive long-term growth for a portfolio of major corporate accounts with annual revenues exceeding $200 million. Act as the principal strategic liaison, shaping business strategies that align with customer objectives and company capabilities.
- Collaborate with customer teams on product assortment, pricing models, promotional calendars, and in-store placement to optimize performance.
- Use market data, competitive analysis, and consumer trends to uncover new revenue streams and increase market share.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders across multifaceted organizations.
- Design and implement tailored growth initiatives that expand account revenue and deepen customer engagement.
- Coordinate internal departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain—to ensure alignment with customer priorities and delivery timelines.
- Lead executive business reviews to evaluate performance, refine strategy, and connect customer challenges to actionable solutions.
- Identify and resolve internal and external obstacles that could impact account execution or satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years managing national or enterprise-level accounts in the tire sector.
- Proven experience overseeing customer portfolios valued at $200 million or more.
- Background in Category Management and Merchandising, preferably in retail, wholesale, or large distribution networks.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and transforming insights into effective business strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight trips.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when required.
