As Vice President, you will shape the strategic direction of a growing digital infrastructure advisory practice, leading transaction execution and client engagement across the North American market. You will play a central role in positioning the firm as a trusted, independent advisor to key players in data centers, fiber networks, and telecommunications infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Establish and expand the firm’s reputation as a leading independent advisor in digital infrastructure
- Originate and manage advisory mandates by building strong relationships with institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients
- Lead end-to-end transaction processes, including financial modeling, due diligence oversight, and execution for buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising engagements
- Mentor and grow a specialized advisory team, recruiting and developing talent at multiple levels
- Deliver tailored financial solutions to clients, communicating complex analyses clearly and effectively
- Represent the firm in high-level client discussions and pitch meetings across the digital infrastructure landscape
Requirements
- At least six years of direct experience in investment banking, corporate development, or investing within the digital infrastructure sector
- Proven success in originating and closing transactions in data centers, fiber, or telecom
- Strong network of relationships with North American infrastructure investors and operators
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with a focus on solving complex deal challenges
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams under tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations for performance
