What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate with distributor sales teams to expand market presence and improve customer engagement
- Assess and refine distribution models to strengthen commercial effectiveness and channel performance
- Deliver hands-on product training and application support to clinical and technical users
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and central supply departments
- Use data insights to shape territory planning and optimize sales execution
- Ensure alignment between customer segmentation strategies and product portfolio goals
What We’re Looking For
- University or college degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in hospital-based medical product distribution
- Proven ability to manage and lead distributor sales teams
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical environments
- Proficiency in time and territory management with demonstrated data literacy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Fluency in English for cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with selling medical consumables in a regulated environment
- Legal authorization to work in Taiwan without employer sponsorship
