immixGroup is hiring a SLED Contracts Specialist I to manage program administration, compliance, and support for federal GWACs and State, Local, and Educational (SLED) contracts. In this role, you will serve as a primary resource for contract requirements and lifecycle events.
What You'll Do
- Manage program administration, compliance, and support for internal federal GWACs and SLED Contracts.
- Prepare price list updates and submit contract modifications.
- Provide guidance on contract requirements for client boarding, partner reporting, compliance, and teaming.
- Support contract extensions and other contract lifecycle events.
- Track, report, and pay IFF, TDR, and equivalent SLED contract fees.
- Serve as supplier/client and/or customer relationship manager.
- Serve as point of contact with program management offices and Contracting Officers for federal and SLED contract vehicles.
- Provide input and assist in Capture and Bid & Proposal efforts.
- Coordinate interaction with supplier/client organizations and government customers.
- Prepare monthly metrics and reports summarizing program and compliance activities.
- Educate sales account teams and promote use of company contracts internally and externally.
- Implement and manage company policies for contract administration.
- Train sales account teams and internal stakeholders on contractual requirements.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS Degree
- 5-7 years experience in contract management with significant exposure to IT product-based government programs/contracts.
- 5-7 years experience in government procurement, contract administration and compliance regulations.
- 3-5 years experience with supplier and reseller relationship building.
- Program/contract management experience with GSA Schedules, BPAs, SEWP, NASPO, Texas DIR, California CMAS, or similar.
- Mid-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined in 22 C.F.R. § 120.15.
Nice to Have
- Working understanding of the FAR/DFARS and other federal/SLED procurement regulations.
- Fast learner of applications and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced (remote) environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
