Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to play a key role in our operations. You will be instrumental in supporting proposal-to-award transitions, ensuring compliance, and managing the full contract lifecycle for federal engagements.
What You'll Do
- Review, draft, and negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
- Maintain organized records of contract files and modifications in compliance with company and federal requirements.
- Monitor deliverables, funding, performance periods, and compliance obligations.
- Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, SBA 8(a)/HUBZone requirements, and other applicable regulations.
- Support contract audits and respond to government requests for information.
- Identify, track, and mitigate contractual risks.
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements, flow-down clauses, and modifications.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance, certifications, and reporting requirements.
- Support procurement and vendor onboarding related to contract execution.
- Track funding, obligations, and burn rates; coordinate with finance team on invoices and reporting.
- Support development of CPARS and past performance documentation.
- Assist with contract closeout activities.
- Provide guidance on contractual terms during proposal reviews.
- Support pricing/compliance inputs to proposal teams.
- Manage smooth transition from proposal to award and contract kick-off.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in federal government contract administration.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, IDIQ, BPA), and small business regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting 8(a), HUBZone, or tribal entities.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Deltek, or other contract management systems.
