TensorOps is looking for a Senior Contract Support Specialist to provide critical acquisition support services for the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, you will assist with strategy, planning, data analysis, requirements development, and the preparation of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE).
What You'll Do
- Assist with advisory support and help functional technical experts write sound, sufficient Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Orders.
- Assist with acquisition planning, solicitation preparation, market research and analysis, and source selection document preparation.
- Prepare contract modifications, cost/price analyses, analytics, reports, and contract termination documents.
- Perform a wide variety of procurement skills and activities including research, analysis, data entry, writing, document preparation, editing, scanning, document management, phone calls, faxing, and filing.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree with a major in any field; or at least twenty-four (24) semester hours in fields such as accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- A Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C Level I, II, or III), FAC-C (Professional), or DAWIA Level III in Contracting certification (or courses leading to certification, or demonstration of equivalent commercial courses).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
- Ability to provide clear leadership, technical direction, and guidance to all lower-level acquisition personnel.
- Excellent time management and writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and stakeholders on performance requirements across multiple sites and service lines to standardize enterprise requirements.
- Ability to refine and improve source selection evaluation criteria.
- Ability to analyze difficult contracting issues, identify alternative courses of action, and solve a variety of contracting problems.
- Ability to conduct gap analyses and understand cost elements in the production or delivery of a healthcare resource, service, or product.
- Ability to provide advisory support and prepare compliant procurement packages in accordance with VA policy, federal and state laws, and regulations.

- Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000
