About the Role

Allegis Global Solutions is hiring a Program Specialist I to build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and manage the full requisition lifecycle from intake to offboarding. You will act as a talent advisor, supporting clients through the fulfillment process to acquire quality talent in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

  • Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.
  • Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing for and conducting detailed requirement intake sessions.
  • Document requirement intake conversations in appropriate databases.
  • Utilize reports to manage open requirements and advise managers on status and supplier strategies.
  • Establish clear expectations, timeframes, and roles with hiring managers.
  • Coach, manage, and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliers.
  • Document and track all client and supplier issues to resolution in a CRM system.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, and compliance tracking.
  • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
  • Provide constant interaction with clients, vendors, and personnel via face-to-face, email, and phone.
  • Assist with worker assignment management to improve data integrity.
  • Liaise with managers, vendors, and security to ensure all paperwork is completed.
  • Ensure work orders are closed accurately and appropriate departments are notified.
  • Assist with the collection of company assets from vendors.
  • Monitor time and expense entry to ensure timely approvals.
  • Interact with vendors to ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Log all client and vendor inquiries into Salesforce.com.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in high-volume coordination activities.
  • At least 1 year of customer service industry experience.
  • Client hiring manager and supplier-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, day-to-day changing environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong time management, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills.
  • Able to work independently with some direction.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
