Responsibilities
- Contact and assist members who request benefit information.
- Present and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
- Help members select and enroll in the right coverage.
- Follow up on policies and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Requirements
- Must reside in the state of Georgia.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Georgia life insurance license (we help you with the process).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally and financially.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or remote work is a plus.
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
