At Sikich, we are seeking a Senior Concept One Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering software solutions for our commercial insurance clients. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, focusing on requirements, configuration, and collaboration to implement effective systems.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate and elicit customer business requirements.
• Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for simple and complex efforts.
• Develop customer-focused documentation like wireframes, use cases, and business rules.
• Implement relevant aspects of customer requirements through system configuration.
• Perform and support testing and/or training efforts.
• Participate in system design and configuration activities.
• Collaborate closely with customers, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Communicate with third-party vendors and/or partners to address questions, issues, or requests.
• Assist in the estimation of work.
• Stay current on industry and job-related trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience.
• ConceptOne and/or other MGA Policy Administrative systems experience.
• SQL queries and data analysis experience.
• Understanding or experience with Relational Databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities or tasks.
