About the Role
This role requires translating business requirements into technical specifications within the Concept One environment, supporting implementation processes, and ensuring system configurations align with client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and assess business needs from stakeholders
- Translate functional requirements into technical documentation
- Collaborate with developers during system configuration
- Validate system functionality against defined criteria
- Support testing phases including user acceptance
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements
- Maintain detailed records of requirements and changes
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Assist in project planning and timeline estimations
- Ensure data integrity during system integrations
- Document workflows and business rules
- Conduct user training sessions as needed
- Monitor post-implementation performance
- Troubleshoot configuration issues
- Participate in agile project meetings
- Manage change requests through formal processes
- Verify compliance with internal standards
- Work with cross-functional teams on deliverables
- Assist in defining system scope and objectives
- Review deliverables for completeness and accuracy
- Support documentation for audits and reviews
- Analyze system limitations and propose solutions
- Coordinate user feedback collection
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical output
- Assist in deployment readiness assessments
