About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations at both the Newcastle Airport and City locations. Working under the guidance of the Station Manager, you’ll help drive financial performance by monitoring key metrics, controlling costs, and ensuring adherence to company policies—particularly around vehicle handling and incident prevention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support station leadership in meeting and exceeding financial and operational targets
  • Monitor budgets and control expenses to maintain cost efficiency
  • Enforce company procedures to reduce risks and financial exposure from vehicle damage
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with our service standards
  • Generate regular reports on financial, fleet, and operational performance
  • Promote company services to enhance visibility and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

You bring prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally within customer-facing or retail environments. You’re comfortable managing schedules, tracking KPIs, and communicating clearly across teams. A full Australian driver’s licence and work rights are essential. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating shift schedule is required.
