Lead and optimize site operations in Dublin by managing warehouse, yard, and transport functions with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service quality. This role is central to maintaining seamless workflows and ensuring all activities meet strict health and safety standards, particularly in the handling and storage of chemical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations across the yard and warehouse to maintain smooth, efficient material flow
- Coordinate transport logistics to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery schedules
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly those related to chemical handling and storage
- Monitor chemical throughput and implement protocols for safe processing and inventory management
- Plan for future capacity needs in coordination with internal teams and operational forecasts
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel in safety and performance standards
- Engage with customers and internal departments to uphold service expectations and resolve operational challenges
- Ensure all activities reflect the organization’s principles of safety, efficiency, and customer focus
