ServiceNow is hiring a Services Account Executive to drive the adoption and success of our platform. In this quota-carrying role, you will sell a portfolio of service offerings designed to help customers achieve their expected business outcomes through successful product adoption. You will be responsible for creating demand and executing a services sales strategy within an assigned territory across the Asia Pacific region.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with software sales account teams, Customer Outcomes team members, and delivery partners.
- Develop and execute a services sales strategy in your designated territory against a target account list.
- Proactively create new Services opportunities (Impact, Implementation Services, and Training) in both new and existing customers.
- Create pipeline and manage the end-to-end forecasting process for Services opportunities.
- Meet and exceed your quota for Impact, Implementation Services, and Training sales.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding the customer's digital transformation roadmap and driving the right mix of ServiceNow services.
- Arrange and conduct Executive and CxO services-related discussions aligned with the account strategy.
- Lead extended teams in solutioning, scoping, and proposal development.
- Execute a value-based selling methodology for Impact, Implementation Services, and Training opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 15 years of previous services sales experience within a SaaS software or solution sales organization (or reasonably equivalent experience).
- A new account sales focus, with the ability to operate independently to identify new opportunities.
- A demonstrable track record of achieving Services, Success, or Training sales targets.
- The ability to communicate and collaborate across lines of business and with multiple customer and partner personas, including executives.
- Strong operational command for managing an end-to-end franchise.
- A willingness to travel up to 25% depending on geography and region.

- Existing relationships within large enterprise accounts.
