We're currently recruiting a User Adoption Lead who will guide customers through tailored training programs and adoption strategies for the ServiceNow Platform. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and driving high-impact outcomes while managing complex project dynamics. What You Will Do: - Lead user adoption engagements from pre-sales through successful delivery - Partner with University Consultants to design customized training strategies - Advise customers on appropriate user adoption offerings - Develop comprehensive user adoption packages - Manage client-facing and internal deliverables - Facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment - Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations - Create diverse learning assets for various audiences - Deliver training across different organizational levels - Contribute to user adoption offering development - Provide peer mentorship and evolve internal processes - Travel up to 10% globally as needed What You Bring: - Collaborative mindset with strong accountability - Experience leading complex customer engagements - Strategic stakeholder influence capabilities - Exceptional communication skills - Passion for user enablement and continuous improvement - Adaptability and creativity under tight deadlines Qualifications: - 8+ years leading enterprise-wide change enablement programs - Expertise in managing complex projects and creating tailored training content - Collaborative spirit with solutions-oriented approach - Hands-on knowledge of ITSM solutions - Strategic influence skills - Confident delivery across diverse audiences - Technical proficiency with learning design tools - Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience - French language preference - EU citizenship requirement Work Personas: ServiceNow approaches distributed work with flexibility and trust, offering various work categories based on role and location.
