ServiceNow is hiring a ServiceNow Senior Solution Sales Executive - IT Workflows - Retail/Hospitality to lead market success for our IT Workflows products. You will drive territory strategy, help customers realize the value of digital transformation, and coach sales team members.
What You'll Do
- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement and account use case targeting.
- Provide input during the account planning process based on territory strategy.
- Ensure recommendations are aligned with Now Value principles.
- Partner with the account team, customer, and partners to help customers envision digital transformation value and develop strategy.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Specialist Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap feedback.
- Coach Account Executives, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles.
- Customize time allocation to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
- Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling IT Operations Management solutions in the Retail or Hospitality industry.
- 7+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of a specialty solutions area to lead wins.
- Experience as an Account Executive or in an alternative sales/customer service role.
- Understanding of business sales processes.
- Willingness to travel and located in the Seattle Area.
Nice to Have
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact.
