Role Overview We are seeking a highly strategic, technically proficient Enterprise Low-Code & Agentic Automation Solution Sales Specialist to accelerate revenue, influence solution strategy, and drive platform adoption across complex enterprise accounts. This role operates within a sophisticated multi-matrixed ecosystem, collaborating across Field Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Industry GTM teams to shape deals, generate pipeline, and expand solution footprint. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in automation, AI agents, and low-code platforms with executive-level selling and orchestration capabilities. Key Responsibilities Solution Sales & Revenue Impact - Develop solution strategy for low-code, workflow automation, and agentic AI use cases across defined enterprise territories - Collaborate with AEs to shape multi-million dollar transformation deals from strategy through closure - Generate pipeline through proactive account planning, executive engagement, and use-case ideation workshops - Support complex deal cycles by mapping business outcomes to platform value and economic impact Multi-Matrix Collaboration & Orchestration - Operate as solution overlay across multiple stakeholders - Influence cross-business unit alignment in competitive environments - Coordinate technical resources, field sales, and leadership for unified execution Agentic & Automation Strategy - Guide customers in defining agentic automation strategies - Position low-code and automation as enterprise transformation enablers - Connect agentic capabilities with workflow, data, and integration strategies - Articulate automation's role in operating model evolution and business resilience Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership - Engage C-suite in strategic conversations about digital transformation - Develop executive briefings linking technology to business outcomes - Represent organization as trusted advisor in industry forums Solution Enablement & Scale - Create repeatable solution plays and field enablement assets - Partner with enablement teams to upskill sales teams - Share field insights with Product, Marketing, and Strategy functions Qualifications Required Qualifications - 8–12+ years enterprise technology sales experience - Proven success selling complex, multi-product platform solutions - Strong expertise in low-code platforms, workflow automation, RPA, AI agents - Experience in multi-matrixed sales organizations - Demonstrated cross-team influence capabilities - Executive presence and strong storytelling skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling automation platforms - Familiarity with agentic AI architectures - Background in strategic consulting - Industry experience in Energy, Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare Work Personas ServiceNow approaches distributed work with flexibility and trust.
