Our Primary Technical Advisor offers strategic guidance to clients regarding process modeling and automation within the ServiceNow platform, developing tailored technological solutions.
We are seeking candidates with specialized expertise in Sales and Order Management (SOM) ServiceNow implementations. This role is completely remote with United States residency requirement.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate engagement efforts for process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and comprehensive gap analysis during stakeholder workshops
- Counsel clients on leveraging ServiceNow to enhance business processes
- Assist customers in completing technical documentation and requirement workbooks
- Compose user stories with precise acceptance criteria and testing strategies
- Provide ongoing training and administrative oversight for client's future system managers
- Direct technical project delivery and potentially oversee partner resource development
- Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow best practices emphasizing configuration strategies
- Serve as platform capabilities expert, guiding teams in scripting, workflow design, and implementation methodologies
- Generate client-facing technological deliverables ensuring solution quality
- Manage multiple complex project initiatives simultaneously
- Champion continuous improvement in delivery methodologies
- Support sales activities as needed
- Mentor Crossfuze Delivery team members
- Maintain 75% billable utilization target
Requirements:
- 5+ years ServiceNow implementation and customization experience
- 4+ years web technology and networking expertise
- Remote collaboration capabilities
- Complex requirement interpretation skills
- Multi-project work management proficiency
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL methodologies and web design principles
- Relational database knowledge
- Project backlog management capabilities

Mandatory Certifications:

Annual Compensation Range:
- $160,000-180,000 USD, determined by experience, qualifications, and geographic considerations
