Guidehouse Managed Services LLC is hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal delivery teams to support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You'll help translate business requirements into ServiceNow functionality and assist with configuring workflows, forms, and other platform features while working under the guidance of senior team members and Architects.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum ONE (1) year of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience assisting with gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow configurations or user stories
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'
- US Citizenship contractually required
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including basic configuration such as forms, workflows, business rules, or catalog items
- Ability to create or contribute to epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with project team members
- Experience supporting testing activities, including developing or executing test scripts during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
- Basic understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members and clients in both on‑site and remote environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a consulting and client‑delivery environment
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or progress toward ServiceNow certification
- Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM
- Familiarity with integrations, scripting, or low‑code/no‑code development within ServiceNow
- Certifications such as CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile SAFe, or ITIL v3/4
- Prior consulting or client‑facing experience
