Crossfuze is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant focused on the HRSD module to provide expert guidance on process modeling and automation. In this fully remote position for candidates in Canada, you will develop solutions for customer ServiceNow environments in a primarily billable capacity.
What You'll Do
- Support engagement efforts for process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow to improve business processes and guide them in completing required documentation.
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and support knowledge transfer.
- Guide and provide ad-hoc oversight and training for the customer’s future system administrators.
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, providing oversight and unit testing.
- Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow best practices focused on configuration vs. customization.
- Be an expert in ServiceNow platform capabilities, guiding project teams in scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on technology and ensure quality of the configured solution.
- Juggle multiple and complex projects and initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery and engagement materials.
- Support specific sales activities when required.
- Provide training and mentoring to other members of the Crossfuze Delivery team.
- Maintain a 75% billable utilization target.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
- 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g. XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
- Ability to work remotely and with remote resources as needed.
- Ability to understand and implement complex end-user requirements and effectively organize work across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and refine the project backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and ready for development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A deep understanding of at least 4 ServiceNow product lines’ principles and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in four or more application areas.
