AHEAD is hiring a ServiceNow ITSM Principal Technical Consultant to lead technical design and implementation for Enterprise Service Management solutions. This full-time, remote role is centered on providing deep platform expertise and driving successful client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions for enterprise clients.
- Architect and configure ServiceNow applications within the Enterprise Service Management domain.
- Provide expert-level guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and technical strategy.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Serve as a technical leader and point of escalation for project delivery teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or Architect, specifically within ITSM.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core applications.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions for large organizations.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and workshops.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, full-time role.
