About the Role

Our Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant offers expert guidance to clients regarding process modeling, automation, and solution development within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This position is completely remote, with candidates required to be United States-based. Position Responsibilities: - Deliver direct development support, encompassing form setup, workflow management, reporting, data migration, custom scripting, and third-party integration - Engage with Crossfuze Engagement Manager and client stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and rationale for functionality modifications - Compose user narratives, define acceptance criteria, design testing approaches, and facilitate knowledge transfer while supporting client reviews - Resolve technical and application configuration inquiries - Design and personalize new applications and modules within ServiceNow platform - Execute new functionality implementations adhering to ServiceNow best practices - Support troubleshooting for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and release management - Conduct problem analysis and propose potential resolutions - Generate comprehensive documentation of completed work - Direct technical implementation teams, including code review for junior consultants - Build and configure integration components like SSO, LDAP, and APIs - Enhance ServiceNow portal components to optimize user experience - Empower customer's ServiceNow administrators toward self-sufficiency - Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions - Investigate system performance, identify root causes, and implement detailed solutions - Maintain 80% billable utilization target - Execute additional assigned responsibilities Requirements: - 4+ years experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow - 3+ years expertise with web technologies and networking - Comprehensive understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes - Experience with Single Sign-On authentication methods - Proficiency in REST/SOAP web service integrations - Capacity to work remotely and collaborate across distributed teams - Ability to comprehend and implement complex user requirements - Strong organizational skills and multi-project management capabilities Certifications: - Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - Required: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in multiple application domains Benefits: - Performance-focused work environment with flexible scheduling - Friday afternoon personal time - Flexible remote work options - Mental health support - Competitive paid time off - Professional development support - Comprehensive family-friendly benefits - Healthcare coverage - 401(k) with employer matching - Wellness program including Calm app subscription Compensation Range: Anticipated annual compensation between $125,000-145,000 USD, determined by experience, training, location, and additional factors.
