The Advisory Technical Solutions Specialist is a professional with advanced capabilities to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives for an assigned territory. As a CRM Business Unit Presales Solutions Expert, you will support sales efforts, including customer requirement gathering, demonstrations, product configuration for proof of concepts, and participation in marketing events. Exceptional customer service skills, rapid learning ability, and technical capability translation are crucial. You will serve as the product expert conveying value to address client business challenges. Responsibilities: - Support solution sales as a technical and domain expert - Develop sales campaigns focused on Customer Service Management - Maintain a showcase of CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Lead discovery workshops to determine customer business challenges - Deliver product demonstrations aligning solutions with customer needs - Handle technical product inquiries from customers and partners - Configure demonstration environments addressing customer requirements - Provide product demonstrations via in-person and virtual platforms - Offer product management feedback for enhancements - Share best practices with Solution Consultant team - Stay current on competitive analyses - Communicate with business and technical decision makers - Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents - Support marketing events and conferences - Act as ServiceNow subject matter expert during executive briefings Qualifications: - Experience integrating AI into work processes - 8+ years pre-sales solution consulting experience in CRM/Customer Engagement - Enterprise Retail customer complex deal experience - ServiceNow platform proficiency - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Proven relationship building capabilities - Experience communicating with business and technical decision makers - Collaborative skills across complex sales ecosystem - Territory management expertise - Creative problem-solving abilities - Organized and detail-oriented - High energy and drive - Willingness to travel - English and German fluency Work Personas approach distributed work with flexibility and trust.
