HITACHI ENERGY UK LIMITED is hiring a Service Sales Support professional to join our team in Beijing. In this role, you will support Field Engineers during customer visits and help develop our after-sales service business. Your work will be crucial in providing the technical and commercial backing needed for our ongoing service operations.
What You'll Do
- Support Field Engineers (FES) for customer visits and develop after-sales service business.
- Provide technical and commercial support to FES for after-sales service business development.
- Work on service project order execution and payment collection support.
- Ensure operational product quality handling, improve customer satisfaction, and focus on teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2 years of sales support experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent language expression skills and strong teamwork ability.
- Skillful in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software.
Nice to Have
- Major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with transformer products.
