INNIO is hiring a Service Sales Manager & Customer Success Manager for a dual role in China. This position prioritizes sales management while also driving customer success, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction through direct work with channel partners and end users.
What You'll Do
- Plan, prioritize, and execute sales strategies to drive share and revenue growth in China.
- Develop new business and support account relationships.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Regional Sales Managers, Product Line Management, and other stakeholders to identify prospects and deliver value-based offerings.
- Establish profitable pricing arrangements and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Provide product knowledge and expand product visibility with customers and channel partners.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and market reports.
- Monitor and report market intelligence to drive strategy and business development.
- Participate in Sales Pacing process and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Finance.
- Leverage CRM systems to track and report data.
- Support development of new products and services.
- Act as the frontline representative for Waukesha, liaising between the business and customers or channel partners.
- Support projects and key initiatives.
- Own and oversee service execution for assigned Partners in China, supporting parts fulfillment, warranty, fleet programs, issue resolution, technician training, and installed base support.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of channel Partners and channel audit programs.
- Support Partners with service parts inquiries, quote assistance, parts or engine research, and systems training.
- Coordinate support from local and remote teams to respond to inquiries.
- Support Sales and Service teams in executing sales strategies for new units and services.
- Help identify Partner and end user opportunities and shortfalls, driving actions to meet plan.
- Assist in demand creation for regional CM&U project opportunities or multi-year agreements.
- Act as primary liaison for questions and concerns between end customer, Partner, and HQ resources.
- Support finance team in cash collection activities and Partner follow-up.
- Support NPS survey and inputs to Scorecard process to measure Partner performance and end user feedback.
