MSX International is seeking a Service Network Business Development Manager to drive growth within our automotive partner network. In this role, you will partner directly with automotive workshops, leveraging our in-house AI platforms and data insights to level up their performance, capacity, and sales.
What You'll Do
- Advise workshops on developing their spare parts and service business.
- Support the achievement of sales targets within the spare parts area.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support parts and service sales.
- Present offers, promotions, and sales support programs to partners.
- Support workshops in collaboration with their key clients.
- Conduct regular field sales visits, build relationships with workshop owners and staff, and provide actionable feedback.
- Monitor, report, and analyze sales results.
- Plan activities aligned with the company's overall market strategy.
- Promote quality, efficiency, and the implementation of business standards.
- Use the CRM platform for lead management, partner management, and sales forecasting.
- Collect, analyze, and present relevant market data.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically working with vehicle workshops to develop spare parts sales and services.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts/service operations and a solid understanding of workshop business models.
- Commitment and strong focus on achieving set goals.
- Excellent coaching and sales skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain lasting business relationships with owners, managers, and line employees.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- High level of independence and a proven track record of achieving sales goals in the automotive aftersales sector.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and possession of a valid Category B driving license.
