About the Role

MSX International is seeking a Service Network Business Development Manager to drive growth within our automotive partner network. In this role, you will partner directly with automotive workshops, leveraging our in-house AI platforms and data insights to level up their performance, capacity, and sales.

What You'll Do

  • Advise workshops on developing their spare parts and service business.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets within the spare parts area.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support parts and service sales.
  • Present offers, promotions, and sales support programs to partners.
  • Support workshops in collaboration with their key clients.
  • Conduct regular field sales visits, build relationships with workshop owners and staff, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze sales results.
  • Plan activities aligned with the company's overall market strategy.
  • Promote quality, efficiency, and the implementation of business standards.
  • Use the CRM platform for lead management, partner management, and sales forecasting.
  • Collect, analyze, and present relevant market data.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically working with vehicle workshops to develop spare parts sales and services.
  • Strong knowledge of spare parts/service operations and a solid understanding of workshop business models.
  • Commitment and strong focus on achieving set goals.
  • Excellent coaching and sales skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain lasting business relationships with owners, managers, and line employees.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • High level of independence and a proven track record of achieving sales goals in the automotive aftersales sector.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field and possession of a valid Category B driving license.

Work Mode
