Veeva Systems is looking for a Service Delivery Lead to oversee service delivery for our Med Tech CRM products. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing key service relationships for our life sciences customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead service delivery for Med Tech CRM implementations and ongoing support
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and deliver on commitments
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Act as the primary point of escalation for critical service matters
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in service delivery, account management, or customer success roles within enterprise software
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably in a medical technology or life sciences context
- Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Experience with project management methodologies and service level agreements
