Responsibilities
- Take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems
- Support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and on-board flexible assets, like battery storage for cross-market optimization
- Optimize and automate processes
- Understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines
- Make sure power is flowing the right way, and all after-trade processes are working
- Lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets
- Coordinate with other internal communities (asset optimization, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience
- Discover and eliminate operational risk
Requirements
- You want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets
- Value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom
- Have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences or similar
- Have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
- Are fluent in English
- Have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality
- You are a curious person with a good sense of humor
Nice to Have
- Preferably bring some coding experience
- If you speak German and other languages that’s a plus
