What You'll Do
Lead the creation and management of detailed Revit documentation across all stages of design development. You'll be responsible for producing accurate plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and 3D visualizations that support both client presentations and internal design reviews.
Take full technical ownership of assigned drawing packages, ensuring they meet project timelines, design intent, and constructability standards. You'll coordinate closely with architects, designers, and consultants, working within shared models to maintain consistency and resolve integration challenges.
Oversee task planning and progress tracking, aligning documentation workflows with project milestones. Address complex detailing and junction issues while preserving design integrity, and support Design Guardianship protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Guide the conversion and integration of CAD data into coordinated Revit environments, and maintain strict adherence to documentation standards and file management practices. You'll also help refine templates, libraries, and modeling workflows to improve efficiency across teams.
Act as a mentor to less experienced staff through structured model reviews and direct Revit support, providing technical guidance without performance management duties. Identify risks related to technical scope and escalate them appropriately to leadership.
