About the Role

SSM Health is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to implement proactive recruitment plans and strategies. In this informal leadership role, you will focus on full-cycle recruitment for professional, high-level, or hard-to-recruit positions while mentoring the team.

What You'll Do

  • Provide training and mentorship to Talent Acquisition team members, serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, systems, tools, and programs.
  • Identify recruitment gaps and leverage cross-functional relationships to obtain solutions and improvements.
  • Consistently meet service level agreements and performance goals.
  • Manage relationships effectively, providing excellent customer service to all levels of leadership, candidates, and team members.
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment support, effectively managing professional, high-level, and hard-to-recruit positions.
  • Support special projects, programs, and initiatives independently as requested.
  • Utilize various resources and technology-based searching techniques to identify candidates, including internal ATS, CRM platforms, external tools, and career fairs.
  • Consistently and successfully perform all duties and responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Partner.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education. Significant, direct recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five years of direct recruitment or relevant work experience.
  • Prior recruitment experience in Nursing is ideal.
  • A passion for finding hard-to-find skillsets.

Serves as an informal leader to support training, department initiatives, projects, and the cascading of information to and from leadership.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role. The position is based in Missouri and operates on a remote basis.
