About the Role

This role leads the strategy and execution of technical talent acquisition, aligning hiring practices with business growth. The individual will manage a team of recruiters, optimize sourcing methods, and ensure a strong candidate experience while scaling for rapid expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical recruiting strategy for engineering and product roles
  • Manage and mentor a team of technical recruiters
  • Develop scalable sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and technical requirements
  • Design and implement data-driven recruitment processes
  • Optimize candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
  • Track and report key hiring metrics to stakeholders
  • Build relationships with engineering leadership to align talent goals
  • Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
  • Evaluate and integrate new recruiting technologies
  • Lead employer branding efforts targeted at technical talent
  • Manage external vendor relationships, including agencies and platforms
  • Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Drive continuous improvement in time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates
  • Support global hiring efforts across multiple time zones

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in human resources or business administration
  • Experience in AI or machine learning talent recruitment
  • Prior experience in remote-first or distributed teams
  • Certification in talent acquisition or human resources
  • Background in managing international recruitment campaigns
