About the Role

Invisible Technologies is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Talent Acquisition to lead hiring efforts across our Field Engineering, Platform Engineering, Security, and Product teams. You will manage and develop a team of Technical Talent Acquisition Partners, oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for highly technical functions, and serve as a key partner to department leaders and C-suite executives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and scale a team of outstanding Talent Acquisition Partners with a focus on coaching and development
  • Partner closely with leaders across the Finance, Operations, and People departments to understand hiring objectives and develop strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-visibility and/or leadership roles across the teams you support
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to build upon hiring dashboards and reporting functionality to increase visibility into all stages of the funnel
  • Spearhead special projects around diversity and inclusion as well as employer branding
  • Guide the team in evolving processes to scale with a growing organization while delivering an elite candidate experience
  • Stay abreast of industry and geographic talent trends

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • 6+ years of people management experience
  • Technical fluency; you can speak the language of engineers and product leaders, ask the right technical questions, and effectively assess alignment between candidate backgrounds and role-specific technical requirements
  • Experience supporting hiring across highly technical teams such as security, infrastructure, or developer platforms, with comfort evaluating the nuances between technical stacks and specializations
  • A career developer; you have a track record of helping your team members achieve their professional development goals and unlock their full potential
  • Metrics-driven; you’re comfortable working with dashboards and can manage candidate pipelines as if you were a sales leader
  • A problem solver; you know how to roll up your sleeves and partner with your team and appropriate stakeholders to solve challenges

You will manage and develop a team of top-performing Technical Talent Acquisition Partners and report to the VP of Talent Acquisition. Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $159,000 - $178,000 USD (for Tier 1 location)
  • Equity: Included in offers above entry level

This role is hybrid and located in New York City.
