Care Access is hiring a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition

This role is a strategic talent partner focused on identifying and securing top clinical research professionals across a rapidly evolving landscape. You will lead end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior level positions, aligning recruitment strategy with organizational goals and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR partners to define talent needs across clinical, operational, and corporate areas
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping to offer negotiation, with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Develop targeted sourcing plans using market intelligence, professional networks, and digital tools to engage qualified candidates
  • Analyze key metrics—including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback—to guide improvements
  • Build talent pools in advance of hiring surges, particularly in high-demand clinical functions
  • Work with marketing teams to strengthen employer branding through authentic storytelling and digital engagement
  • Ensure a respectful, transparent candidate journey from first contact through onboarding
  • Mentor junior recruiting staff and promote consistent, scalable hiring practices
  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal policies throughout the hiring process
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovations in clinical research hiring

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research environments
  • Proven success in filling technical, clinical, and leadership roles through full-cycle recruitment
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job platforms, and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Workday
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret recruitment data and influence decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience advising senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $80,000 – $120,000 USD per year. The organization covers 100% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums and contributes bi-weekly to Health Savings Accounts. Additional benefits include paid time off, company-paid holidays, short- and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Flexible spending accounts and health savings options are also available.

Work Environment

This position operates in a flexible, global work model with less than 10% travel expected. Occasional in-person meetings or events may require planned travel.
