As Senior Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end hiring across multiple European markets for a scaling SaaS startup. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations roles, supporting over 100 hires annually while ensuring quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment from intake to offer, aligning with hiring managers across countries
- Source and engage top talent, with a focus on remote and freelance profiles
- Deliver a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike
- Refine sourcing strategies and improve existing workflows to scale hiring
- Build proactive pipelines, especially for Sales and contract positions
- Track key metrics to maintain hiring standards and process efficiency
- Support onboarding integration for distributed team members
What You Bring
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced SaaS or scale-up environments
- Track record hiring for Sales, Customer Success, or operational functions
- Ability to manage high hiring volume without compromising quality
- Strong sourcing techniques, particularly for remote and non-traditional talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Additional European languages (e.g., Italian, Polish, Portuguese) are highly valued
