RealAdvisor is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead hands-on recruitment as we scale internationally. You will own full-cycle hiring with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates at scale and optimizing our recruiting execution.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Sales, CSM, and Operations roles.
- Manage high-volume hiring needs (100+ hires per year).
- Source, assess, and close top talent across multiple European markets.
- Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Optimize and refine existing recruiting processes.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools and workflows.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to offer.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers across countries.
- Proactively build strong talent pipelines, especially for Sales and freelance roles.
- Maintain structured and efficient recruitment workflows.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure consistent, high-quality hiring standards.
- Support onboarding alignment for remote and freelance talent.
What We're Looking For
- Experience recruiting in high-growth SaaS or scale-up environments.
- Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience hiring Sales, Customer Success, or operational profiles.
- Ability to manage high hiring volumes while maintaining quality.
- Strong sourcing skills, especially for remote or freelance talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Additional European languages are a big plus: Italian, Polish, Portuguese.
