Shape deal strategy and drive execution for high-impact sales opportunities within a fast-moving AI analytics environment. In this role, you’ll serve as a key advisor to Sales, guiding decisions on pricing, packaging, and negotiation approaches—particularly for enterprise and non-standard deals. You’ll ensure transactions are structured effectively, compliant, and aligned with revenue and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic deal reviews by advising on pricing models, contract terms, and negotiation tactics to support scalable, compliant deal execution
- Manage end-to-end deal approval workflows, ensuring timely sign-offs and adherence to SLAs across Legal, Finance, and Accounting
- Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, RevOps, and support functions to resolve blockers and streamline deal progression
- Collaborate on structuring non-standard agreements, balancing business objectives with compliance, revenue recognition rules, and contractual risk
- Improve Quote to Order processes by identifying inefficiencies, applying AI-enabled tools, and standardizing best practices to increase velocity and accuracy
What You Bring
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar roles within SaaS or subscription-based organizations
- Proven experience evaluating complex deal structures and guiding contract and pricing decisions
- Strong collaboration skills with Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams on approval workflows and risk mitigation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ platforms; comfort working with data-heavy deal scenarios
- Familiarity with channel sales and cloud marketplace transactions
