Shape the future of partner-led sales by working closely with an established network of carriers, service providers, and resellers. In this role, you'll activate and expand partner capabilities to sell and promote a leading suite of cloud-based communication services, ensuring alignment with evolving market demands.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase engagement and drive service adoption
- Lead onboarding initiatives to equip partners with the tools and knowledge needed to sell effectively
- Support partners in achieving certification, enhancing their ability to deliver value to end customers
- Collaborate with technical and account teams to demonstrate platform capabilities at both partner and customer levels
- Identify and register qualified opportunities, guiding them through the sales pipeline
- Structure competitive commercial proposals with a focus on long-term value and mutual growth
- Communicate product evolution and roadmap updates to align partners with future offerings
- Work within a CRM environment to track performance, forecast outcomes, and maintain transparency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in SaaS, UCaaS, or telecoms channel sales
- Experience in distribution or two-tier sales models
- Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of influencing partner behavior
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships using emotional intelligence and strategic insight
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and measurable results
- Skilled in navigating virtual and in-person communication with clarity and impact
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK
Preferred Background
- At least five years of experience in channel sales or partner management
- Prior work with SaaS vendors or telecommunications providers
- Holding relevant certifications in the platforms being sold
