RevenueCat is hiring a Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem

About the Role

Shape the future of a growing technology ecosystem by leading partnership strategy for a company empowering mobile app developers worldwide. As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full lifecycle of technology integrations — from identifying high-impact partners to onboarding, enabling, and scaling co-sold opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and expansion of the tech partner network, focusing on integrations that enhance customer value and drive revenue growth
  • Manage relationships with existing partners while sourcing and closing new alliances that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure integrations are robust, well-documented, and adopted
  • Launch joint initiatives including co-marketing campaigns, co-selling motions, and shared customer success stories
  • Define success metrics for partners and create reporting frameworks to track performance across engagement, pipeline, and revenue
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to establish repeatable processes for joint deal pursuit and ownership
  • Optimize workflows for partner recruitment, enablement, and performance management as the program scales
  • Advocate internally for partner needs and help shape product roadmaps that support ecosystem growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing technology partnerships in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success launching integrations, driving partner-sourced revenue, and executing joint go-to-market plans
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions, understand APIs, and communicate effectively with developers and business stakeholders
  • Experience negotiating partnership agreements that create mutual value
  • A results-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes like adoption, pipeline, and revenue
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, remote setting
  • Familiarity with asynchronous collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, and Zoom
