Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment tasks, from role activation to candidate placement, ensuring alignment between client goals and hiring requirements
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using job platforms, LinkedIn, social networks, and referral networks
- Review applications, conduct preliminary screenings, and select suitable candidates based on defined criteria
- Carry out interviews to evaluate professional background, skills, and career alignment
- Keep candidates informed at every stage, delivering timely feedback and maintaining a respectful, transparent process
- Log all candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and recruitment progress in internal systems or applicant tracking software
