Drive sales growth in agri-tech with autonomy and impact
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding market presence across Western Europe. Your primary focus will be identifying and engaging new prospects through strategic cold calling and email outreach, using a deep understanding of the product to spark interest and qualify leads.
You'll deliver compelling product demonstrations, tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders, and build relationships that feed the sales pipeline. Working hand-in-hand with Account Executives and Marketing, you'll help refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment between lead generation and sales execution.
What we expect
- 2–3+ years of experience in prospecting, ideally in SaaS or software sales
- Proven success in performance-driven sales environments
- Near-native proficiency in Dutch and strong command of English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A self-starter attitude with a focus on results and target achievement
- Willingness to initiate conversations with leads and follow through with persistence
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical solutions quickly and communicate value clearly
