ATI is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing hourly and salary recruitment for our manufacturing facilities, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience while developing effective sourcing strategies and partnering closely with hiring managers.

What You'll Do

Conduct hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers to understand business needs, role objectives, and required competencies.
Define and execute go-to-market sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional groups, job boards, direct search, and social media.
Execute established diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS (ADP RM), including reviewing resumes and appropriately dispositioning candidates.
Partner with hiring teams to create and deliver competency-based interview guides and assessments.
Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication, recruitment updates, and gathering candidate feedback.
Participate in or lead talent special projects within talent acquisition.
Adhere to performance goals and standards.
Participate in campus recruitment activities and building the ATI brand on campus.
Attend networking events, professional events, and career fairs.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
