ATI is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing hourly and salary recruitment for our manufacturing facilities, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience while developing effective sourcing strategies and partnering closely with hiring managers.
What You'll Do
- Conduct hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers to understand business needs, role objectives, and required competencies.
- Define and execute go-to-market sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional groups, job boards, direct search, and social media.
- Execute established diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
- Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS (ADP RM), including reviewing resumes and appropriately dispositioning candidates.
- Partner with hiring teams to create and deliver competency-based interview guides and assessments.
- Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication, recruitment updates, and gathering candidate feedback.
- Participate in or lead talent special projects within talent acquisition.
- Adhere to performance goals and standards.
- Participate in campus recruitment activities and building the ATI brand on campus.
- Attend networking events, professional events, and career fairs.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
- May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
