TaskUs is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to provide leadership and strategic oversight for our talent acquisition operations. This role is central to managing operational workflows, implementing process improvements, and guiding a team of specialists.
What You'll Do
- Manage the administration and successful completion of background checks, hiring, and onboarding for multiple clients within required SLAs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes and workflows, implementing best practices.
- Oversee the implementation, administration, and optimization of talent acquisition systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Establish and track key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as job boards, recruitment agencies, and background check providers.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand, ensuring a positive journey from application to onboarding.
- Develop training programs for recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on talent acquisition processes.
- Lead strategic projects, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and recruitment process automation.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations, with a focus on process optimization and project management.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, tools, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a track record of using metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluation.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with the Workday applicant tracking system.
