Care Access is hiring a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition Sourcing

Shape the future of talent acquisition by designing and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that directly impact hiring speed, quality, and diversity. In this role, you’ll drive the development of proactive talent pipelines across high-priority functions, using data to refine approaches and improve conversion metrics from first contact to interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage scalable sourcing models tailored to technical, clinical, and corporate roles, ensuring alignment with evolving hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams and business leaders to forecast workforce demand, assess market dynamics, and set realistic time-to-fill benchmarks.
  • Build and sustain both active and passive talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions using targeted outreach and relationship development.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with universities, industry groups, and professional networks to create reliable feeder channels.
  • Lead talent mapping efforts to anticipate future hiring needs and identify emerging talent markets.
  • Monitor and improve key sourcing metrics including response rates, time-to-source, and sourced-to-interview conversion.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that track pipeline health, diversity representation, and the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
  • Optimize sourcing technology, messaging strategies, and automation tools to increase engagement and reduce cycle times.
  • Ensure rapid delivery of qualified candidate slates following role intake and calibration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic talent sourcing, with measurable impact on hiring outcomes in technical, regulated, or specialized fields.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning sourcing data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Experience building and scaling pipelines in competitive talent environments.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing channels, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM systems to inform strategy and measure performance.

Preferred Background

  • Experience sourcing or recruiting within Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Healthcare settings.

Work Environment

This role supports a globally distributed team with minimal travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be necessary.

Compensation

Full-time compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
