About the Role

TensorOps is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination for scheduling, communication, systems, and interview logistics across multiple recruiters and hiring managers. You will play a key role in building workflows, documentation, and operational structure to support an efficient Talent Acquisition function.

What You'll Do

  • Create and drive coordination-focused projects that establish best practices, tools, and workflows across the team.
  • Own complex scheduling and coordination efforts, refining interview workflows to improve efficiency, alignment, and consistency.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations and time zones, managing calendars, logistics, and communication.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates for scheduling and logistics-related communication.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure workflow stages are current.
  • Generate and maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly or ad hoc reports on scheduling volume and process timelines.
  • Post approved roles to job boards, websites, and internal systems and monitor postings for accuracy.
  • Prepare offer letters, assist with start dates, and support onboarding coordination as needed.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative needs, documentation, and process consistency.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects a professional, organized, and high-touch experience.
  • Support additional coordination needs as requested.

What We're Looking For

  • Three or more years of experience in high-volume coordination or recruiting coordination.
  • Subject matter expertise using Notion to own documentation, coordination workflows, and project execution resources.
  • Proven success scheduling across multiple calendars, stakeholders, and time zones.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with consistent follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift.
  • Proficiency with productivity software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.

  • Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
